Unable to cancel with telsure

Got a phone call from a very persistent lady regarding my debit order for the 24/7 assist panic button service that could be used on your mobile phone.

I told her that I am unemployed and cancelled tracker and don't even have the car anymore. She insisted that I give her new banking details so that their debit order of R49 can go off my account. I then asked her for the their company's account details so that I can deposit the R49. She then told me that they can't do it that way as a debit needs to go off my account. I told her that I also need the service with them cancelled as I'm unemployed. She then told me that the service is only R49. I said that it's R49 a month an unemployed person can't afford. I asked her again for the company's banking details so that I can deposit the R49 arrears to which she rep**** that the arrears have been written off. She then said that she needs my banking details for future debits to go off, to which I said, Please cancel the service to which she said again but I can use the service without having a car and that it's only R49 a month. At this point I cancelled the call as I cannot have a conversation with a person that puts in no effort to understand a thread of English.

For the love of God, Please cancel this 24/7 cellphone panic button service. Please, with a cherry on top.

Thanks

Thank you Levesh Ramchurran for sorting out my dilemma. If only all consultants were as easy to talk to as you.

I also received your email confirming the cancellation of the account eliminating any future debit orders.

Thank you for turning my experience with your call centre into a positive one.

Kind regards,
