Trouble cancelling subscription

I have tried contacting 24/7 ASAP regarding the cancelling of my monthly subscription which is no longer affordable. There is no direct call centre number on website, the number is for Talk Sure ***?? When asked if they can put me through to 24/7 they said they were not linked and they will ask the company to give me a call, this was last week Tuesday or Wednesday. No response, I called again on Friday on their emergency number(operator apparently also asked a consultant to call me) and was given same number mentioned, which I called again. I was told there was no record of my first call however someone will call me back. I am still waiting, in the meantime my monthly contribution went off and I am hoping to get this cancelled before the NEXT payment goes off.
