Steer away from 247ASAP

Steer away from 247ASAP. I cancelled this service the same day. The staff is unprofessional. I spoke to a manager on the day to cancel with immediate effect and his response was not helpful at all. We talked in circles and he did not cancel my verbal request. They make it difficult for you to cancel. They deducted a payment of R186 off my account which I reversed twice and will do it again. They want to sell something over the phone but can't cancel over the phone how ironic.

On a positive note 24/7ASAP did respond the next day. I spoke to a gentleman named Ribash. He was so helpful and within minutes I received a sms response that my membership has been cancelled. This is the kind of service that we all need!
