Slow service

<p>My car broke down while out on lunch from work, I did the panic they called and informed me that the tow truck will get to me in 90 min. I told them that I can't wait that long am supposed to get to work. I was informed that there is nothing that they could do about that but I should feel free to complain. In this instance I just had to wait. But then I was still waiting and 3hrs had gone past and my phone has 1% battery and now I begin to really panic. When the tow truck arrives I started complaining and they told me it's not their fault they were just contacted a few minutes ago. </p> <p>The service is very poor shame, 24/7 asap for who?</p> <p> </p>
