Non approved Debit Order
<p>Today 9/12/16 I have been trying to reach 24/7 ASAP via ********** 343, for over an hour.... NO ANSWER, "your call is now first in line - please leave your name and number", then i dail again and again to speak to the receptionist "option 2", she rudely just keeps on putting me through. My bookkeeper has noticed a debit order going off on my account for many years, this is a non-authorized debit order. Now this is what is going to happen... I am going in to my Laywer on Monday, and handing in every last debit order that your company has taken from my business account, and i will see you in court, for all the effort and time i had to take to try and reach you, i will now... no longer be happy with a full refund of all my money, i will take the very most i can. You will meet me in person, really soon, Have a fabulous day. Hope you enjoy taking money from people's account, just under the amount that will be shouwn via sms, so we cannot notice it. But a good thing, is that i record my calls from every last company that phones me, and you never once phoned me, and there is no legal binding contract stating my payments. I WILL see you in court</p>
Talksure SA, is the actual reference to this company, and the reason non of us knows about the 24/7 ASAP, is because it is referred to as 24/7 ASAP via Tracker, then when you try to find them, it is actually Talksure SA. However the name and confusion, the policy was stopped. No refund, as i did concure to this policy as part of my tracker policy, We are however done with both parties.
