No response, poor website, no contact information
i have been trying to get a policy cancelled. These guys just do not respond. i cannot be paying for something I do not use, yet its so frustrating to try and get hold of them.,

We have since discussed the matter with the policyholder and confirm that the the services has been cancelled; an email confirming the cancellation has also been provided to the policyholder.
