NO ANSWER

A sales consultant call my mother yesterday assisting that she took out a policy with ASAP, my mother told them several times that she do not want it but out of frustration she gave her details to this guy. She try to call the number the gave her a few times but there was no answer. I also try to call them several times with no luck. How can you advertise a 24/7 ASAP call out policy for road assistance it you do not even answer you phone, useless to have a policy and pay R115 for it p.m if you can't even get hold of your so call assistance. it's a shame that a company can do this to an old person. not even sending her all the policy documents and ask for her bank details over the phone. This is just nonsense.<br> <br>
