Friendly staff, acknowledged their mistakes.
I have been receiving unauthorised debit orders from this company for more than 12 months, i reversed them every month, so eventually i decided to call them and ask who they are and why they debit my account, and the lady explained that they are charging for the panic button that came with tracker, and i explained that I was not told there would be a separate payment for that... The lady apologised and closed my account. I just have to wait and see if they don't debit again. But i am happy with them acknowledging their mistake.
