Feel cheated by 247 Asap

I have been their customer from 2015, paying monthly fees but whenever I need assistance was told to pay from my own pocket as they are unable to check what kind of policy I have with them when it's after hours or over the weekend whereas they claimed that their services is 24/7 when i joined. I was promised to get assistance whenever I need it but every time I call I'm told that I must pay cash as they cannot verify my policy after hours or weekends even after proving my ID, whereas I have been paying this policy on a monthly basis without faultering.

They way this institution treated me is unacceptable. It means that I have been just donating to this company all these years. This makes me cheated and ****** by this institution.
