Cannot get through to call centre

HI, I have tried several times to get through to your call centre number ***. I get a voice promt that says that I am number 1 in the que and then the line drops. THis has happened several times. I also sent an email and have received no response. Its been a week. <br> I would like to cancell this service but cannot get through to do this. How can you offer a service related to phone technology but your phones do not work??? <br>
