Cancellation of 24/7 ASAP debit order

I have tried cancelling this debit order on several occasions. I even did a stop payment for this debit order before leaving SA at my bank.

There is no other direct line number other than the 086 number. There is no email address either.

The stop order was either ignored or the amount changed.

I am still paying for something that is of no use to me as I am in the UK.

Please can someone from the company email me.
