247ASAP - struggling to cancel!

Good Day, this is my second review/message. I desperately want to cancel this 'policy'. I have been trying to do so for over a year now. Last time ASAP priised to contact me - never happened! And now all of a sudden I get an sma stating that this service I've naively joined telephonically about a million years ago became a policy - with a link to a brochure/letter informing me that I have agreed to a debit order - now to even extend this policy to funeral cover as well! I have never signed such a debit order instruction!

I want to CANCEL this 'policy' - you act unilaterally, debiting money from my account without my permission. The amount will now obviously escalate since you say I have AGREED to expanding it to a funeral policy! I have never received any 'policy number' - now there is a sort of a reference number.
