I read everyone's frustration in trying to cancel their debit orders before contacting them and I thought OMW I am going to battle. To my surprise (after a very lengthy message one has to listen too before options are given) I could choose option 5 and within 10 minutes the nice friendly assistant confirmed my debit order has been cancelled.
