24/7 asap service added which was not requested
My aunt, Elizabeth van der Walt, has been charged for 24/7 asap service which she has not asked for. She has been debited R194 per month. How can she cancel this service? She just wants the Gap cover with Ambledowns and NOT the 24/7 asap service please. How can services just be added when not requested for?
