24/7asap app not working on my device

I'm trying to instaal this app on my phone sins last year.I email asap last year and they said but a app for my device, Blackberry Z30,! BB10 playform will be developed. I still do not have the app and I'm paying for a service that I can't use. Paying for something and not getting the service is bad.I'm really very dissappointed.
