Unable to link old mutual profile

Great app by the looks of things,however not fully functional.i have been trying to link my old mutual account with no success, one of the sevens(online chat people attempted to assist,however doesn’t seem like they have the answers..?) so they went silent on me. this is extremely disappointing. I need help urgently please from someone who can assist..and no it’s not the incorrect passwords/username there is something faulty with the system
