Nightmare to withdraw money.
So after three days of struggling to submit my documents for fica I was finally able to do so on Monday before lunch. Then I got happy because that means by Friday I would get my money. Nothing happened. Didn't get my money. Can't turn off the goal neither can I change the amount I want to save monthly.
The app it's a nightmare when you have to withdraw your money. Note I have read tips on how to turn the goal off, but on my app that toogle doesn't work. ********** 866

Thanks for your review.
Initially, we weren't able to FICA you because the document you sent to us can't be used for FICA. One of our Svens got in touch to let you know, but the second document you sent through had a different address to your current address. The third document was perfect, and we were able to FICA you. We appreciate that FICA can be frustrating at times, but there are strict rules we're legally required to follow and unfortunately can't bend them.
For your withdrawal: please bear in mind that the investments through 22seven aren't regular savings accounts, but that they're unit trust investments instead. As a result, there are different processes that need to take place when contributing money to your investment or withdrawing from it. These timings are outlined during the process of creating your goal and opening your investment, but here's a breakdown of them:
When you add money to your investment, we purchase investment units for you. These investment units take 10 days to clear, after which you're able to withdraw them at any time. When you do choose to withdraw, withdrawals typically take between 2 and 10 working days. This is because your investment units first need to be sold, then payment made into your bank account.
In your case, since you added money to your investment on 15 Jan 2019, your investment units hadn't cleared when you requested your withdrawal. Now that the 10 day period is over, your withdrawal automatically went into processing and the regular timings mentioned above apply. The temporary block on changing your debit order details while your withdrawal moves from pending to processing has expired, so you should have no trouble changing or stopping your debit order either. Please check and let us know if that isn't the case.
Moving forward, if you aren't sure of timings or have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us on *** to make sure :)
