Horrible service
Terrible response time. Almost 2 years of not being able to login. Back and forth emails persist to get me to no where.

When you have a moment, please check your spam folder. It appears you may not be receiving some of our emails, as our Svens are currently waiting for a response from you. We've taken a look and notice you were able to log into the app regularly throughout 2021, but ran into some trouble in December. Since then, there's been some back and forth as we aren't able to replicate the issue on our side, but it appears you may have been able to log in recently. If you're still having trouble, please feel free to respond on our existing thread, or you can send a new email through to *** and we'll be happy to assist further :)
