FICA Nightmare
<p>I love 22seven but getting my invested cash out of them was just a nightmare. They requested Fica documents to verify my residential address of which i provided them with more than 1! bank statement, IRP5 form, and clothing account of which they still deem as not enough. I don't have a lease or have a home under my own name, so what must I do? Like do you not want to give people their money back or what?? I understand the FICA process however your verfication avenues are the worst, I don't think they'd believe who i was if i gave them a blood sample! I don't think I'll be using their investing platform anymore sho, cause I'd be losing money!! so disappointed :'( >:(</p>

We're really sorry to hear that you had such a frustrating experience with us.
Due to the nature of the FICA process, we're unfortunately bound by legislation, which means that all proof of address documents you send us has to match the address that we have on record for you.
Also, due to the non face to face nature of 22seven's digital service, we're required to verify your address on a 3rd party database, which we've now been able to do.
You've been FICA accepted and your withdrawal request will now be sent through to Old Mutual tomorrow for processing.
