FICA Nightmare
I have recently tried to remove money from my investment, but after several attempt or uploading the required documents the still said no and bla bla bla. Really ****ed uploaded my temporary Id, copy of my ID card and proof of adress but still nothing. Won’t invest again!

We're sorry to hear you feel that way.
According to FICA regulations, we have to get a copy of a customer's green barcoded ID book or ID smart card, as well as a proof of residence document in their name. Temporary ID documents are unfortunately not accepted, which is why we requested a copy of your ID smart card instead. In some cases, we have to request two proof of residence documents, which is why we asked for a second document in addition to the first one you uploaded. Once this was sent through to us, we were able to FICA you.
We're sorry for the frustrating back-and-forth here. We have to abide by these regulations carefully though, or we may be liable for prosecution. Since these regulations are so black and white, there may be issues with documents sent through to us that may not be apparent to customers, but we're glad to have all of the necessary documents on file for you now. Since you've been FICA'd, your withdrawal will go into processing.
