Fantastic Support Centre Interaction
I had some trouble updating my accounts on the 22Seven service.<br> I reported the issue to the support desk and received an immediate HUMAN response.<br> The support team member (Puva Cook) assisted and escalated the issue as required.<br> Puva's attitude was fantastic and he let me know as soon as the issue was resolved and made sure I was happy.<br> Thank you Puva and 22Seven.<br> <br> <br>
