22 Seven login issues
I downloaded the app on Tuesday and havent been able to use it. I have "chatted" to 3 of their consultants on the live chat platform and i am still not able to log on to make use of the app, it keeps rejecting my account details and invalid. It's very frustrating to say the least. One of their consultants Emma who has been very helpful i must say did message asking that i try it again this afternoon and still nothing. My overall experience has been a disappointing.

Sorry for the frustration! This is proving to be a bit of a head scratcher for us, as it's extremely rare for us to see this type of error when the credentials supp**** to us are correct. Needless to say, we're investigating and hope to figure this out for you :)
