Hello can you please assist for my 3 withdrawals I requested on the 18th September for R1000 each but I haven't received it. My ID is***, they keep on saying I should wait 24 to 72hrs which has passed long time ago

The remaining two withdrawals are still being reviewed by the relevant department.
