3 withdrawals made, but received NONE

Hi, I made three withdrawals on the 15th of September and they all said "Successful" on the same day. Today is the 20th of September and I have not received even one withdrawal. I did all the appeals on the 16th and still nothing. 3 withdrawals? This company is a ****, I believe Africans should not engage with this platform. Even the customer support is just AI robots and not humans.
