Deposit

Hi help me to solve this issue at 1win , ihv deposited my money R500 with 1 voucher option ,then it failed when I check with them it show it has been gone through by flatterwave which is the company they are using for deposit. It didn't show up in my account balance.

I text them they open a request for me it been 7 days now they keep on telling me my request has been processed but it taking way longer than usually. My money hasn't been credited
