They arnt a reliable service provider

Ive been with them for a few months now after complaining alot and even bought a new tv because they said it was the problem problem is still continuing ive got a 20mbps line and at night time cant watch dstv my line runs on a speed test of less than 1mbps and they tell me i cant use it to compare but when i compare other fibre lines with that speed test it gives the correct mbps that ppl are paying for i feel they are either throttling the uncapped or using too many ip adresse on one line complaining does not help at all there services keeps on being bad wouldnt suggest that ppl make use of there services they make promises they cant keep
