Pathetic Outlet South Africa!!

I bought a Christmas gift on their website for my daughter on the 2nd of December. I paid the full amount which was just under R2000...a lot of money just to pay before Christmas. I was informed on the 5th of December that the toy could not be obtained from the supplier which I understand. But...then came the shock....I will only be refunded with in +/- 30 days!!!! I mean...really...I did not get the toy! Why don't I get my money back immediately. Don't buy from them!!! Total waist of my money!!
