Useless from beginning to end, Sad that we had the misfortune of dealing with these cretins. They, like many companies in the internet game, talk a good game but were so severely lacking from beginning to end that it is difficult to believe we ever fell for their BS. Couldn't supply what they promised and then just stopped trying to help. Then when we cancelled the service they couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge the mail, causing even more problems.
