Unreliable

This has been the worst service I’ve ever received. I went the entire December and January without internet. I tried they WhatsApp support, which is the only way to contact them, only for the technician to tell me that he is spending time with his family and that I need to wait until he is free in a few hours. The service was restored on the 30th of January and they offer me a free month, only to disconnect me for non payment by the 15th, then I pay anyway only to get disconnected again on the 3rd of march, and guess what? No response from support. If you don’t want stress, don’t bother with this service
