The absolute worst provider in South Africa

Just close this business down. Half the time the internet isn't working and when it does it's not the speed advertised. Non-existent customer support means you have to log a ticket - how ridiculous is that? I work from home and freelance a digital business - when the internet is down I need to speak to someone immediately to understand what's wrong. These guys have zero way of contacting them apart from the ticket system and a form on their website. They probably removed their number and emails because people berated them for their ****e service. I'll be.looking forward to their business closing as other estates also complain of their endless uselessness.
