121 Net Worst Experience

Just over a month ago I decided to try 121 Net thinking that because it is fibre, I will get a more stable and reliable connection. Worst decision. Slow connection, constant buffering, "connected without internet" are the only "products" these guys are providing us with. Then there's the "support" (Whatspp). Each time you are lucky to even get a response you are immediately made to feel guilty for complaining. Somehow they are the victims and YOU are very unreasonable. Yesterday, 26/07/2023, a previous employee, who was the one who set up my router, provided me with the numbers for one of the co-owners. This owner was clueless of the challenges his customers were facing. He was more irritated with the fact that someone had given me his numbers instead of trying to resolve issues. He gave me a "dedicated" number for "support" and since last night that number just rings. Colossal waste of time, money, income and productivity for the tenants of Matlosana Gardens.
