WORST COMPANY EVER! DELAYED WITHDRAWAL
If you want to make endless phone calls and hear endless excuse on why your unit trust withdrawal request has not been processed then this is the company to go for! All I was told is that they have contacted their Administrators (which I presume is an outsourced company) regarding my query and I will be contacted when there is feedback. My payment was due on the 11 Jan 2021, today is 14 Jan 2021 and I am yet to receive my money. This is the worse experience I have ever had with any FSP and the timing just makes it worse also as I need access to this money urgently -
Again, I am utterly disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone. STAY FAR AWAY

14 Jan 2021, 14:53You guys have been singing that song the entire week. I obviously won't get my payout today still judging it is 14h55 already and your offices close at 17h00 - tomorrow will be another day of me having to call in and ask on the progress of my payout.
