Withdrawal

I am very frustrated and disappointed with 10 x investments. The story keeps changing. I exited my company on the 28th of March and final contributions were made on the 8th of April. The balance on the account shows the funds are still not disinvested .I sent them emails even phone calls Nazeema confirmed on email that I will review my money on or before end of April then Esther says a different story that I need to follow up after 7business days .I honestly cannot wait any further as I have been waiting and I need this money as it will assist with my families needs and I cannot be in debt further as I promised everyone il pay them by month end .Can you get this sorted out as I cannot be in this predicament when employer did everything on time.
