Withdrawal
Have written a complaint regarding my withdrawal, this is second week, feedback was bank confirmation due to i changed banks, however its over 10 days, what seems to be delayed so i can fix it, should there be a need...

As noted in our previous communication, the delay was initially caused by the bank verification process due to your recent change of banks. I am pleased to inform you that this has now been resolved, and the amount has been submitted for disinvestment. We are currently awaiting the final investment value.
Once we receive the final value, your request will be sent to SARS for the tax directive. After this, the payout process will commence, and we will ensure you are updated at each step.
Should any further action be required from your side, We will notify you promptly. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this time and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further concerns.
