Useless financial service provider

My claim was submitted on 27 March 2019. When I called them they said that my last contribution was submitted to them on 30 April 2019. They told me that they needed 14 working days in order to process my claim. Today it's 27 May 2019 and no transaction has been executed. 10x Investments is so useless. I have never dealt with such a useless service provider before. Every time I call them I'm told that they are working on my claim. I really wouldn't advise anyone to use 10x investments. They are a useless financial service provider to entrust with your funds.
