Unsatisfied customer

Only giving 10x investments, a 1 star because I can't rate them no star. Absolutely unbelievable lack of responsibility from this company. After emails upon emails to get the withdrawal process started, I eventually get an sms saying my money will be paid in within 10 working days and that period came and went and still nothing, when I tried to contact for answers then I get no response not even on my follow-up email. Absolutely not impressed and I'm still waiting for my money.
