unprofessional
The worst nightmare of my life. i have resigned from then company in July. I have to consistently call 10x just to know what is happening on my claim. Before i could finish, they hanged up the phone,
The one time, someone decided to hear me out, they ended up saying they haven't received my papers from the previous employer.
So what must happen?
i sent an email and still no reply. like i have to chase them for my own hard earned money,
