Unhappy 10x investments client.

When dialing the Cape Town offices the numbers say "the number you have dialed does not exist.."

And when you dial the Johannesburg office number it simply just rings.

This is REALLY bad service as someone who had a investment with you i am really moving it and NOT happy...imagine what must go through a person mind when you try and phone and get this response. That the number doesn't exist and the other one just rings. WHERE IS MY MONEY...?

I have also submitted for my money to be paid out.. ALL procedures were followed but still NO payment. Few weeks back when the numbers worked they said this week...and When called again they say 14 days . With a lot of umm's

Does someone actually know what they are doing ....?

Really this is NOT the Service i was expecting from this company.
