I hold a RA with 10x. Firstly the fees are cheap and the portfolio is easy to understand. I also have online access to my account and can see the ins and outs of my account at my convenience. No need to call several people for statements and fee structures that are hidden from the statement. This level of transparency is great and something that is not widely offered by other role players in the sector.

To date, I’ve had at least one email every 3 months from my consultant checking if I’m still happy. My experience at previous RA providers was that I was forgotten immediately after the forms were received. I feel valued as a customer.
