Transfer of pension to new fund taking long and not getting feedback.
Struggling to get pension transferred to new fund at Sanlam. I am not getting feedback or commitment from 10x for my transfer. I finished at my previous employer on the 15th of April.

The feedback that I received from our claims team is that we received the completed ROT on 30/05. The tax application was submitted to SARS thereafter,
The directive has now been received back from SARS, and the claim is being finalised. Please note that our SLA for transfers finalisation is 21 days, however, we will let you know as soon as the claim has been finalised.
