took my money and dissapeared
Transferred my providend fund from a 10x investment to a preservation fund. Part of said funds was supposed to be paid out in cash.
After more than a month had passed, nothing was done. No funds were transferred, no pay out was made. And no feedback recieved. They just dissappeared with my money.
I followed up with the call centre to learn that literally nothing was done. The process had not even started yet. Requests for someone to call me back to explain what is happening was ignored.
I now expect 10x to cancel my application for a preservation fund and pay-out my entire providend or legal action will follow.

Money was NOT transferred as claimed, so now my pension is devastated due to effect of Corona on markets. Could have been completely avoided if they just followed instructions.
