The only thing 10X is good at so far is taking my money

I’m really worried about how difficult it will be to actually get my money from 10X when I actually need it for retirement.

1. 10X debited my account for the month of June even though I asked them not to. I ended up contributing by debit order AND through my employer!

2. 10X is now making it very difficult for me to cancel the debit order for my RA and either allow me to withdraw the funds or consolidate it into my provident fund which is administered by my employer.
