04 May 2026, 15:04 Hi Johannes,
Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to apologise that your email was not responded to — this is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how this would have added to your frustration.
To clarify the status of your transfer, we received feedback from FNB on 09 April confirming the progress at that stage, and you were advised that the process would take approximately 15 working days. Please note that this refers to working days only and excludes weekends and public holidays.
Your transfer is being processed as a Section 14 transfer, which is governed by legislation and involves multiple parties. These transfers can take up to 180 days to be finalised, as they require approvals and coordination between the transferring fund, administrators, and regulatory bodies. As a result, timelines are not entirely within our control.
At present, we are still awaiting the following from the transferring party:
- Form J (regulatory approval documentation)
- Tax directive
- Proof of payment
Until these are received, the transfer cannot be completed.
We understand that this process can be frustrating, but we want to assure you that your funds have not been lost and that we are actively following up to finalise the transfer as soon as possible.
Your feedback regarding both communication and service has been noted, and we will use this to improve going forward.
Please feel free to contact us directly should you require a more detailed update.
Kind regards,
10X Team

04 May 2026, 19:18Interesting how you still don't reply to emails, but you do reply quickly on this platform.
The part where you say I was advised on the 9th of April is a complete fabrication, the only emails I received that day was for the Mibfa transfer. The last update I received in regard to the FNB transfer was 13th February, 15 working days have long since passed.
The transfers were initialized on 15th January, that means 109 days have passed already, I eagerly await what your excuse will be when the full term is over.
Oh, and another thing, your **** reviews you use to dilute you bad ratings isn't fooling anyone.

05 May 2026, 08:52Thank you for your response.
We would like to clarify that in our previous message, we indicated that we received feedback on 09 April from FNB regarding the status of the transfer. This was not intended to suggest that this update was communicated to you directly, and we apologise if that created any confusion.
Regarding the 15 working days, this timeline is calculated from the date of that update (09 April) and refers strictly to working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. When calculated correctly on this basis, the 15 working day period has not yet been exceeded at that stage.
We do, however, acknowledge your frustration around the overall timeline, especially considering the process was initiated earlier in the year. As previously explained, this is a Section 14 transfer, which involves multiple external parties and is governed by legislation, with timelines that can extend up to 180 days depending on requirements and outstanding items.
We also want to again apologise that your emails were not responded to timeously — this is being addressed internally.
We understand that this process has been frustrating, and we are continuing to follow up with the transferring party to move this forward as quickly as possible.
Kind regards
