Shocking service

I have received the worst service from this company. I am currently trying to move my RA from 10x investments To FNB and I have had endless issues from documents done incorrectly to people just not bothering to respond this service is absolutely shocking and to think we invest our hard earned money with them. It is now moving into month 5 that I am waiting and struggling with this transfer there is absolutely no reason for it to be taking so long and the delays are all on 10x investment side. When I transferred the money over to them it took 30 days from that investment so can't see why they have delayed this so much. Every dealing I have had has been like pulling teeth. Worst service ever. Would not advise anyone to invest with this company.
