Service Failure

This firm used to have an excellent reputation and one could always get through to consultants and managers.

Sadly the service is poor. One cannot get through using a landline On the cell phone gets cut off, time and again. Over an hour and an half later the manager has not bothered to call me back but they send emails saying they are committed to great service!
