Responsive and Committed
Working with 10x was a chalk-and-cheese experience to working with Old Mutual (against whom I have now instituted a complaint with the Ombudsman for the fact that they are completely unresponsive and unwilling to give me basic information that I have requested.) I have found 10x to be responsive and committed to giving excellent service and can recommend them.
