Poor service- no response after 4 letters.

I have changed my bank account and was told to send the new details to 10x by the 17th December 2025.

I sent my ID and a certified copy of the bank details to *** -Lindsey Bagus.

To date I have had no information in spite of 4 letters and a call. However, money has disappeared from my account today.

I am being targeted with poor service for complaining but I can't get my money out of them.

Be warned customers- they do not offer financial advice. They have consultants. They also solicit reviews as you will find if you scroll through some of these reviews. One man says he received 5 requests for a review on hellopeter.

I have no option but to get SAPS to investigate what is going on.

Good day Henrietta,

Thank you for raising this matter. We are sorry to hear about your frustration and would like to clarify the facts to address the concerns raised.
  • The cut-off date for bank detail changes for December payments was 3 December 2025.
  • The 17 December 2025 date shown on our website applies only to other requests, such as withdrawals, switches, contributions, and redemptions, and does not apply to bank detail changes for income payments.
  • A payment was successfully processed on 12 December 2025 to the Nedbank account currently on record.
  • No funds are missing. Once a payment has been released, it can only be reprocessed after we receive a formal rejection from the bank, which is standard banking procedure.
  • The first contact regarding the bank detail change was received on 9 December 2025. On the same day, Lindsey responded to confirm whether the request was already past the cut-off date and advised on the required form and process to update bank details.
  • The notification regarding December cut-off dates was issued in October 2025. Records indicate that marketing and bulk email communications had been opted out of, which may have prevented receipt of this message.
  • 10X Investments does not provide personalised financial advice; we provide access to investment products supported by consultants, in line with regulatory requirements.

We are concerned by the perception that you were deliberately ignored or treated unfairly. This is not the case. We remain actively engaged and will reprocess the payment immediately should the bank return it as unsuccessful.
We remain committed to resolving this matter and encourage continued engagement through our official support channels so that we can assist as efficiently as possible.

Kind regards
The 10X Team

Reviewer Update
For the sake of other 10x clients I would like to point out a few things in the above 10x response by Ms Bagus.

1. The close off date of 17th December should indicate that it refers to specific matters and not the drawdown.
2. Ms Bagus knew from the 10th that the deposit had been made into the wrong account but she did not inform me or contact Nedbank. It raises suspicions of deliberate sabotage. To do this to a client who has no other financial support at this time of the year is an act that makes me shudder.
3. I have sent Ms Bagus 4 emails to enquire about the status of the fund withdrawal but not one received a reply. I have finally managed to copy the CEO on the last reply.
4. There is definitely a massive problem in service. It is impossible to reach customer service on the call centre and emails ( at least mine) do not get replies.
5. I will have to got to Nedbank myself and facilitate the transfer of funds back to 10x.
6. I have little hope that I will be able to meet my family obligations before Christmas.
7. The raving reviews here plus the contrast in reality leave one very suspicious.
8. Ms Bagus asks me to use correct channels. This comment makes no sense as I sent her four emails through cprrect channels.
I am stuck with this company due to lack of advice and a poor choice..
