Poor service

I resigned from my previous company in March ,followed up with 10x spoke Simonay was told count 15 days from the 19 from April 2022 ,then follow up in 5 days ,which I did and their service yo get through is pathetic ,eventually after number of calls you get feedback again saying you must wait another 5-8 days ,every time time you call ,it's another number of days you have to wait for your money,yet when deductions are done and paid over its fantastic but withdrawal takes over a month with different excuses ,10x is a good company however service is horrible and their timeline is totally different to what they say ,after this 5 days, you will ask to wait another 5_8 days
