Poor service

The service I got from the company is more than appalling. After weeks of submitting my provident fund withdrawal forms with my previous company Halls financial solutions I still have not received any communication as to how far along the process is. This is strange because it is easy for funds to take our contributions yet it is infinitely difficult to withdraw them. Makes not sense whatsoever. Up until today I am waiting without any communication
