Poor service

I withdrew form fund after resignation and all documents submitted on 20 February 2019. Followed up to find out how far process is, only to get a standardised answer informing me that I will receive notification from SARS when directive is issued. All indications are that it takes at most 21 days, and 10X boasts on their website that it takes them 2 - 3 days to get a directive. I have received no feedback at all if the directive has been successful or not, but was informed that once the directive has been received it will take 14 days for payout. Others working with me who has also withdrawn from their funds are kept updated on a weekly basis, but clearly 10X feels that they do not need to keep their customers updated. 5 weeks and 1 day after document submission and no update as to when payment will be made. Great work 10X in assisting. Real professional service.
